Know whether a person drew it.

MeKiKI is a human-reviewed registry, for anyone who would rather be sure the work they are enjoying, reposting or commissioning was made by a person. Someone submits an artist with evidence, a person reads it, and a verdict is published. Artists who think we got it wrong can appeal with a live drawing session.

What the three labels mean

Real

We reviewed evidence of process — a live or recorded session, a long working archive, layered files with a real working history, or verifiable professional credits — and found it consistent with human authorship.

Uncertain

We looked and could not reach a confident call. This is not an accusation. It usually means there was too little process evidence to judge, or the signals conflicted.

AI Gen

Evidence indicated the work is machine-generated or predominantly generated with undisclosed generative tooling. Artists can contest this — see the appeal process.

A label is a call about evidence we could see, not a moral judgment about a person. Read the full methodology.
